French Cornichons are the world's tiniest sweet pickles, loved by foodies everywhere, and the French can’t live without them. Americans have a hard time finding the seeds, but I have, and here are the plants! Small plants produce hundreds of tiny cucumbers, these are very tiny - only 2 inches long – and have a zippy sweet taste. Harvest them at 2" for pickling, or wait a couple more weeks for slicers. At either size, they're tart, nubby and crunchy.
